Maybe PayRipo Should Be Renamed to PayRipoff
Disclaimer: I have never signed up for this program myself. In my investigation of the "opportunity" presented, it has all the signs of a program that you may want to stay away from. This is less a review than an observation taken from my investigation.
UPDATE October 2015: It appears the site PayRipo.com is no longer valid. Another "flavor" of the site seems to be appearing as http://Job4Living.com.
Description: The company claims to pay people to perform certain online tasks. They also have an alleged referral program.
Website: PayRipo.com (It is advised not to go to this website. See below).
Bottom Line: Huge Warning! Read this report before joining!

Analysis
The company claims they will pay you $10 per referral and $25 just for signing. Payout is at $300 but from all the complaints I have seen, no one actually gets paid. You will spend much of your time trying to contact the company but be left with "radio silence".
If the term "too good to be true" comes to mind then you have the right mindset for this program. No one pays out $10 just for referring someone. $25 for signup is pretty steep to believe as well.
But that's not all that smells trouble with this program. Just take a look at the company's guarantee (taken directly from their home page):
"We guarantee that you will earn $1500 in your first week by simple tasks of 5-10 minutes"
If all that isn't enough just take a look at the supposed payouts that they claim have been made:
Here's an interesting find. A blogger who did their own investigation of this company came up with the following (back on December 1, 2014):
If you look closely enough you'll see that from December 1, 2014 until today (January 23, 2015) the numbers have not changed at all. They are exactly the same. For a website that claims to pay people $1500 every week for doing tasks, has suddenly stopped paying people since the beginning of December 2014? Let me know what your thoughts are about that (feel free to use the comment section below).
There doesn't seem to be a shortage of sign up links either. Just take a look at the following listing from Craigslist.org:
This is from two days ago. You'll find a whole bunch of these ads plastered all over Craigslist, YouTube, and a whole host of other websites as well.
Here's a on idea: Do you see at the top the link called "prohibited". Anytime you see these bogus ads, click on that link and report them. Craislist has a strict policy against affiliate links which is exactly the type of link that is being included in these ads.
Do I Even Need To Continue?
Okay, so if you're still not convinced, let's take a look at what others have to say about this company.
This guy made an initial video stating that the program made him all kinds of money. Then he did a following up video stating that he never got paid and that the whole thing is BS.
The link to that video is here.
Fakelist goes so far to say that the company downloads malware onto your machine and tries to steal your identity using the surveys and other information that the gather from you.
The link to that site is here.
As an aside, Fakelist lists several of these affiliate links on their website. I am not sure why they just simply didn't ban the website itself, i.e., PayRipo.com.
There are others, but I think you get the point. In fact, here are four more that I found that you can refer to about how bad this program is:

The Main Complaint
If you read through most of the complaints that people have about this program is that no one gets paid. And you can email them until you're blue in the face and you won't get a response. At best, you're wasting your time. At worst, if what some say about trying to use the information you give them to steal your identity than that should be cause for people to stay away.
One Curious Note...
I find it very interesting that there are no complaints files with the FTC. Or perhaps I just wasn't able to find it but I doubt that. The FTC wants to make sure that people can easily find that type of information to be warned against it.
Does this mean that perhaps the company is legitimate? I really doubt that. It's more likely that people that fell for this weren't aware that they could file such a complaint.
What Do You Think?
After presenting my investigation, what are your thoughts on this? Do you feel like you have enough to steer clear of this program or do you think that there is still something to it? Let me know in the comments below what your thought are. I will definitely write back to you if you do!
Want a Better Way To Make Money That is Truly Legit?
I have written up a review of a program that I belong to called Wealthy Affiliate University. This program is the real deal and can help you actually earn money. How do I know? Because I have been an active member since January 2009. It's been an amazing experience and has helped me learn the correct way to create a real business that is capable of generating income.
