Consider Using WordPress Post Tags

A colleague of mine over at Wealthy Affiliate University, has noticed that when using tags in his posts, they show up on the 1st page of Google results. So you should consider using WordPress post tags whenever you publish a post.

He posted this on his WA blog (every member gets one) and he goes into detail about how to do it. It's not complicated but he also shows the results that he gets from them and the dos and don'ts on tagging.

What's Grammar Got to Do With It?

Marcus goes on to describe in his post that by using tags, you won't even need to worry about whether the grammar for the keyword phrase is correct. This is golden because Jaaxy returns many results that would rank high but are not grammatically correct. Marcus describes this in detail in the post (Brilliant!)

This is one of those, wish I had thought of this myself. I love it. I would have never thought to use tags to boost my rankings and it’s seems like it is legit too. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Tanja, thanks for the comment. Yes, I would have never known about tagging either if it wasn’t for another Wealthy Affiliate (WA) member who brought it to the attention of the WA community. Just goes to show you how much value people get from WA.
