Finally Revealed: The Secret to Creating Top Quality Content

I am going to finally reveal the secret to creating top quality content.

This is the same secret many bloggers try to hide from you!

Once you learn how to do this, you will have the means to create the best quality you possibly can.

Let me ask you a question. When you create content, do you use a standard Google search?

If a standard Google search is your primary means to fill your content, you may doing your readers a disservice.

Whatever your favorite search engine is, it should certainly be used as a starting point. And if you are a Google Search Maniac, then you have the ability to go deeper with your research than those who are not.

Readers Know How to Do a Basic Search

What I am suggesting with this article, is that you do more than just a basic search. Your readers know how to do the same standard search as you do. When they discover that all you are doing is regurgitating the search results you find, will they continue to trust you as an authoritative source? How would you feel if you found out a blog you like to read was doing the same thing?

Research Where Others Won't

Many content creators use a standard Google (or other search engine) search and create their content based on that research. Once they have created their content, they publish it and call it a day!

What if you learned how to find information in unconventional places?

Can you see how researching in places they don't will set you apart? If you can provide insights that others won't (because they don't know how), your readers are going to respect you. This is the big, giant secret to creating quality content.

Creating Quality Content

You hear this term being thrown around the internet, but not too many can tell you how to do it. Well, if you can get deeper insight into your topics, you hold the key to creating that quality content. It really is that simple!

What's not as simple is finding the deep research needed to include for your quality content. That's where I can help. I have written a book about Online Research. It will take you through the process from beginning to end and show you exactly how to find better quality information.

If you are involved with content creation in any capacity, can you see the potential with this?

Creating Quality Content Requires a Commitment of Time

Content creators are in too much of a rush to publish as much content in the smallest amount of time. This is a mistake. You will do much better by analyzing what your readers are looking for and spending time finding the right kind of information for them to consume.

If your content publishing mantra is quantity over quality, your efforts are going to be wasted. People will pick up on low quality information. They will also recognize quality when they see it. Because higher quality is rare, it will attract readers anytime they find it.

it is far better to publish something great once-a-week, than it is to publish something average on a daily basis.

Here is another unintended (but good) consequence. When you get into the habit of spending time on your publishing efforts, you will get better and faster at producing it. This means that eventually, you will be able to publish the same quality every two or three days, rather than once per week.

What About Outsourcing Your Content Creation?

I believe strongly in outsourcing. When used correctly, it can offer great leverage for your projects. But, you have to ensure the quality control on the people you select. Again, think quality over quantity. If you come across a worker who is not cut out for your level of quality, move on! Never skimp just for the sake of getting published.

Next Steps...

Hopefully, I have convinced you to keep the quality high whenever you publish any content. When you learn the proper methods of researching online, you will be well equipped to make that happen.

What this means is readers will return to your website craving more of your content.

To help you get started, I am going to offer you a free guide on How to Become a Google Search Maniac. In this guide, you will learn the advanced operators to use in Google that can help you find exactly what you are looking for. It is part of my book, Taming the Online Research Beast and it is yours to keep whether you buy the book or not. Hurry though, as this is a limited time offer!

Hey Jim,
Finally, someone who actually gets it! So many bloggers tell you to create quality content but no one specifies how to do it. Your book seems interesting. I have downloaded your Google maniac guide and will read it tonight. I have to admit, I didn’t know Google even had advanced ways to get information and I definitely am not always happy with the results I do get.

Thanks so much for this information. I think it is a refreshing change!

Sincerely,
Darren

Hey Darren,

Thanks, I really appreciate your comments and thanks for visiting my site. Yeah, I ran into that too where people keep extolling the virtues of great content but nobody was specifying exactly how that should be accomplished. Ever since I wrote my book, Taming the Online Research Beast (published on Amazon) I have used the principles within and my results have really improved dramatically. So I know it works.

Good luck, and let know if I can help in anyway.

Best Regard,
Jim

I want to come back to your site and learn how to make money online and become a “Google Search Maniac”.

I am retired and don’e have money to live on so need desperately to find some way to compensate for the $1000 I get from social security.

Looking forward to working with you in the future Jim.

I was particularly interested in this article so it was a great read. I too do a Google search when researching a topic for my post. I have about six pages open and go through them and take bits out and write my content in my own way.

People can obviously find the information like I do but not all of the information can be found in one place. That’s where my site differs.

I also like to thorough with my research and will not publish a post until I am sure I have covered all that I need to. Obviously though I will have forgotten something but that’s where readers comments come in.

Wow! Thank you for this! I’ve been struggling because I have high standards for my content…which means that it takes me a full week to research, write, find graphics, etc.,and then publish. I’ve been told I need to publish 3x a week, but it just seems close to impossible at this point. I downloaded the book and am looking forward to the read. Thank you very much for this!

Hey Jackie, thank you so much for your comment. I agree about having high standards. It’s always better to wait until you feel your content is at that level before publishing. If it turns out this pushes you into only publishing once a week, your website will still gain traction. Especially if your quality is good, your readers will definitely take notice.

Hey Owain,

Thanks for your comment. That is a good angle to use different pages that your readers wouldn’t necessarily search. When I was doing research for my book, I found many resources that were outside of Google and ever since then, it’s really helped me to expand my insight into my topics.

Hey Jim:

Thanks for an interesting read.

My own thought on it, in addition to your excellent points, is that very often your audience are the people who have your values and who are walking the same way as you. Maybe their concerns are similar to yours. Perhaps the best way to do content is to dredge through your own life and your own problems and, when you find some solutions or resolves, to share them with all the other good people….

Hey Netta,

Thanks for the comment. What you suggest is a great way to connect with readers. Thanks for the suggestion. It is definitely something I will incorporate into my content creation.

Hey there,

I loved your into!

If you want to become successful in any field, you HAVE TO stand out. How do you stand out? By doing something which nobody has EVER DONE BEFORE. People are scared that they will never find it, when in fact you just need to do your research and (this is the most obvious point, but yet people still forget or rather neglect it) use YOURSELF as a starting point. What I mean by that is your experience and your style and just your personality…the REAL YOU.

Thank you for your advice!

Hey Winny,

I really appreciate your article here on creating quality content. I read a lot of websites and I can tell you that some of the stuff I read is not worthy of the space its taking up online.

You mentioned outsourcing, How do you go about outsourcing, what is your best advice on finding the right people to do the work?

I can’t wait to see your free guide you are offering!

Thanks again for a great article!

Hey Tom, thanks for your comment! The best approach to outsourcing is to hire several at once to write on a particular topic. It’s up to you if you want to use the exact same topic for each or if you want to explore different topics. When you choose the same topics, it may be easier to judge which outsourcers you want to keep and which to move on from. If you choose different topics, then you could use the content created, as long as the quality is high enough.

Some people would shy away from this approach because it would cost a bit of cash to hire several people at the same time. But I contend that you’d end up spending that money anyway, if you hire people who are not up to par with their work.

Enjoy the report. I have had several people tell me it’s helped them out with their content creation.

Well done James, this is really a great article. It is true that if you can do something different or research a article better than your competitors you will definitely have more success online. I also like what you say about quality vs quantity. Sometimes it really takes me a week to write a post, because I want the information to be of a high quality. Then I see people that are doing a post a day and I can’t understand how they get it right, but after reading your article I know that I am on the right track. Thanks for the info!

Hey Nicole,

Thanks so much for your comment. Even new websites can stand out above others if they provide great information for their readers, information that others aren’t providing. I take seriously keeping my content as high quality as possible and as the post specifies, I would rather take a bit longer than to publish for the sake of publishing.

Very helpful thoroughly written interesting content. Creating quality helpful content rather than just selling is crucial to the success of every online business. It is good to find products that you already have prior knowledge of. The pictures were helpful in giving a visual and the content was easily understandable and broken up. Thank you for this excellent review.

Hey Norman,

Thanks for your comment. I do believe quality content can help your rankings in search engines but there is actually a fundamental reason why. It’s that your readers will be engaged and will therefore catch the notice of the search engines. This is why it’s important to write for readers and not to worry about search engines.

I guess you’re right. We should always try to publish high-quality content. I think the problem is, the need to rush for content publishing eventually eroded the initial quality that we put out. But still, the quality should be maintained. It’s hard but it has to be done.

In terms of outsourcing, do you have any tips on where to look for writers? And how do we find the good ones?
Thanks.

Hey Andrew, thanks for your comments. I agree that writing quality can be done. As for outsourcing, here are some suggestions. Look on groups dedicated to authors and freelancers on sites like Facebook and LInkedIn. When choosing writers, select several at one time and pay them to write an article with the same title. Then, the ones that you feel did the best, use those going forward. Keep in mind that just basing it on price alone is probably not your best strategy. Writers willing to accept low wages often do sloppy work and you’ll end up spending your time editing their work. While you will find writers that are good at the lower price points, they eventually discover they can be charging much higher prices, and you will lose access to them (unless you pay their new prices). You’ll be forever chasing writers which is a waste of time.
