The book describes what components you will need to make money with a blog.
If this book were written 10 years ago, I would probably have a different opinion than I do now. It's not that it's a bad book or poorly written. It's just that the information contained within, you can easily obtain it online for free.

- The word "Ultimate" in the subtitle is a huge stretch.
The information presented in this book is too high-level. There are some useful links, but overall, you will need more instruction even after you complete the book.
The author even specifies that some people may criticize the book for being too basic. He states that if you already know how to do it, you wouldn't need the book and it's meant for beginners.
However, even if you are a beginner who has never created a blog before, you won't be able to hit the ground running, so to speak, after reading this book. It is simply too basic to give you that capability.
The book does list the components that a typical blog should contain. It doesn't seem like anything was left out of that list. I also like the fact that he specifies that in some countries, like the United States, you will need to disclose the fact that you are getting paid by vendors. That is a positive aspect of the book.
There are some useful links in the book that will lead you to resources that you'll find useful, although, you'll probably be confused as to how they fit from just reading this book.
Conclusion
You will need more to earn money with a blog than the information contained within this book. That is the bottom line. I cannot in good conscious even recommend the book as a beginner's book because you will need to supplement your knowledge with other resources. The information in the book is not incorrect, it's just not complete.
